Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is effective for seven days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to support@tremona.net with your
full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Return requests for orders received and delivered after seven will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If seven days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not
responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Guarantee – What It Means
Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only (for example: broken clasp, loose stone due to production fault).
It does NOT cover:
• Damage caused by misuse
• Scratches from normal wear
• Water, perfume, or chemical damage
• Lost or stolen items
If your item has a verified manufacturing defect within 30 days, we will offer:
• One replacement, or
• Store credit
Refunds are not issued for used items.
Tremona Guarantee
We offer a 12-month guarantee on gold-plated and vermeil jewelry against manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
This guarantee includes one-time replacement only (no refunds).
The guarantee does not cover:
• Scratches or normal wear
• Water, perfume, or chemical damage
• Fading due to use
• Accidental or intentional breakage
• Lost or stolen items
Photo or video proof is required for all claims.
Replacements are for the exact same item only.
If the item is no longer available, store credit for the original purchase amount will be issued.
The guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from our official website.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
After delivery, eligible items may be returned according to our return policy.
